Abstract: In order to follow the development trend of high performance and small size of flight
control system for UAV, this paper adopted CAN-Bus technology, completed a new design of
autopilot for small UAV based the board of PC104, and presented the whole system analysis,
selection of hardware, design of communication interface in detail．The key techniques related tohardware design are discussed．The design is noted for its simple structure，high reliability andopening．
