集成起动发电机用(ISG)逆变器是ISG 混合动力汽车的重要组成部分,要求其体积小、重量轻、高效率和高可靠性。本文针对ISG 逆变器的特殊要求,从元器件选择和主电路结构设计着手,提出了MOSFETs 并联的方案,以减小电路在功率器件上的损耗,提高逆变器效率,得到了结构紧凑、效率较高的ISG 逆变器。搭建完成实验平台,对ISG逆变器进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,本ISG 逆变器可长期可靠稳定运行,达到了预期技术指标,证实了设计方案的可行性和有效性。
Abstract:Integrated starter-generator (ISG) inverter is an important component of ISG HEV,It’s requied small size, light weight, high efficiency and high reliability.According to ISG inverter special requests , this paper proposed a solution that use MOSFETs in parallel and an unique structure of main circuit to get a ISG inverter with higher efficiency and a conpact volume.Then an experimental platform was builded on whitch the ISG inverter were studied. The experimental results shown that the ISG inverter can be long-term reliable and stable , operation achieved the expected technical indicators. Feasibility of the design was confirmed.
