基于PC 的控制系统是自动化技术发展的一个新的方向，具有成本低、开放性好、与IT
技术兼容性好等优点。针对工业生产中存在的安全问题，通过采用防爆型远程I/O，建立了一套以工业PC 机及软逻辑（SOFTPLC）控制软件为控制器、以PROFIBUS-DP 现场总线为网络的分布式监控系统。同时利用组态王提供的人机界面完成了对现场数据的实时采集和处理。本文分析了基于PC 的现场总线控制技术和实现方法，重点阐述了系统的硬件设计和软件设计。

Abstract ： Control system based on PC is a new trend of automatic technology,
having advantage of low cost、good opening and compatibility with IT technology.
To the security problem existing in the industrial production, adopting explosionproof
type remote I/O, set up a distributed monitoring system using Industrial PC
and soft logic control software (SOFTPLC) as controller and PROFIBUS-DP as network.
And with the man-machine interface offered by Kingview, we succeeded in finishing
the real-time data acquisition and processing. This paper analyses the technology
and the realization method of the fieldbus control based on PC, and expounds the
hardware design and software design of the system.
